How Long to Upgrade an Account?

Hello Velinas,

I am very very interested in purchasing Nebula 3, however, I must honestly say that it has been very hard to get any assistance via this website or at www.acusticaudio.com I have sent several e-mails, along with a few PMs to Velinas, and I am beging to think long and hard before I spend the money on software that does not offer customer service. Please forgive me if this is not the case, but I had to register twice at www.acusticaudio.com because their website crashed immediately after I registered, not allowing me to validate my registration. The fact that you have to register in order to purchase the product is a little troublesome for anyone use to purchasing software. Because of this long drawn out process of loop holes both acusticaudio.com and nebula-programs. com I am having second thoughts as to software. It should be a lot easier to purchase the software, and I would like to have my account up graded , but this seems like it could take an eternity, and I was hoping to use this in a mix hear in the near future. It seems as if it would be quicker for me to mail you my payment and you mail me the software and impulses, not to mention less of a headache for me. In any case, I would like to reach out to you for an addition time in regards to upgrading my account. I would like to have my accont upgraded, however, I did not want to wait days and days before that occurs. If you could please let me know when you are going to be available to upgrade accounts, so I can purchase Nebula 3 on the same day you are available to upgrade my account here at nebula-programs.com. This forum is not managed by acustica. It's a 3rd party/community forum, and so the content.
Accounts are managed manually.

The fastest way for getting assistance from acustica audio is posting on the support forum there. I read and reply here sometimes, but not very often.
While you get our products and libraries there, velins could decide to not give grants here, or revoke them if your upload/download ratio is not good, and I can't help in such case. It's a community, and he manages the community as he wants. On the other side, he sampled and is releasing libraries without charging money (for himself).
